Return Period: We accept returns within 3 days of purchase.

Condition of the Product: Product must be returned if product is unused, unworn, and with original tags/packaging intact.

Return & Refund applicable for: If Product have manufacturing defect only. In the case of our product is damage or lost by our courier company and in any other case we will not accept return. subject to our return policy. Refunds may be issued, and courier charges may apply.

Refund or Exchange: No exchange. You can return the ordered product and book new one.

Return Procedure: Customer have to upload the product picture and describe the product condition via return section in user panel then our team identify and accept and reused the return with informing the reason.

Shipping and Handling: In the case of our product is damage or lost by our courier company and in any other case we will not accept return . subject to our return policy. Refunds may be issued, and courier charges may apply.

Cancelation Policy: Raoofa Crafts reserved the rights to cancel any order in any circumstances. Customer can cancel the order before shipping the order. Refunds may be issued for cancelled order.

Refund Timeline: We process the refund when returned item is received. This could be within 7-14 business days after returned item is received.
